ZAMPHIA 2020 Begins HIV Assessment in Zambia

The moment we've all been waiting for, preparing for, training for has arrived: the second ever population-based HIV impact assessment has begun in Zambia. ZAMPHIA 2020's field staff will start their engines and begin visiting communities in locations across the country, collecting samples and vital information that will help Zambia know how much progress has been made in fighting the epidemic, and more importantly, what else needs to be done to bring HIV to an absolute end.

The launch event was led by the Zambia Minister of Health, the Honorable Dr. Chitalu Chilufywa MP.  Stay tuned for more updates as this project moves forward.
