Manager Module

The managers' module is for QI mentors, managers, and supervisors at the site level or above. It could also be for anyone from the council or regional health management teams, implementing partners, CDC, other US agencies, the Ministry of Health, or other groups interested in supporting the QI efforts. Under this module, users can view QI projects from multiple facilities within their district or region and beyond. The dashboard gives a snapshot of the number of QI projects per region, the number of facilities implementing a specific QI project, and the number of facilities implementing specific QI projects per region. The dashboard is also designed to randomly pick and display the best performing QI projects each month.

Under the managers' module, users can compare QI performance in one indicator across multiple facilities. This function is essential for teams enrolled in a quality improvement collaborative since it stimulates a friendly competition among teams but also allows QI teams to learn from each other on what specific changes led to an improvement in a specific problematic area.

Other functions under the managers' module:

  • Add QI team members and manager: This is for giving different user credentials for accessing the CQI digital platform. The roles are also limited to the level of use of the platform. For instance, not all managers can edit, delete, or retrieve deleted QI projects.
  • Archived QI projects: Managers that can access this function can archive, unarchive, delete, or retrieve a deleted QI project.
